GLA:D™ Canada Program for Osteoarthritis
Take Control of Your Joint Pain with the GLA:D™ Canada Program
An evidence-based 8-week education and exercise program to help you reduce pain, move better, and get back to the activities you love
Don’t Let Osteoarthritis Limit Your Life
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common joint condition. While it often affects people over 65, symptoms can begin much earlier.
If you’re dealing with hip or knee pain, you’ve likely noticed everyday activities becoming more difficult – walking, climbing stairs, or staying active. Many people are told to simply manage the pain. But there is a more effective approach.
Osteoarthritis is not just something you have to live with. It can be managed with the right exercise and education.
We offer The GLA:D Canada program Winnipeg patients trust for knee and hip osteoarthritis.
