Derek is a passionate Physiotherapist serving Winnipeg treating orthopedic, with a special interest in concussions and vestibular disorders.
Roland Lavallée

Certified in Acupuncture
Appointed as an Orthopaedic Division Chief Examiner in Canada
Roland’s clinical practice spans more than 30 years as a physiotherapist. He is a U of M faculty member, mentor, and active community member.
Erin Blaine
Certified in Acupuncture and Intramuscular Dry Needling
Erin is passionate about educating patients and providing personalized care to help people of all ages and activity levels, with manual therapy, exercise, and needling techniques.
Allison Godard
Allison treats her patients holistically and incorporates manual therapy, education, and exercise in her approach and treatment plans.
Olivia Martens
Massage Therapist
Olivia graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2016. She is also certified in cupping and sports massage.

Clinic Manager
Kara has been the Clinic Manager at Windsor Park Physiotherapy for 10 years and she takes great pride in helping and assisting every client.

Her goal is to make everyone feel welcome, as well as providing a positive experience with the knowing that at the end of your appointment, you will not feel like a number, but more like part of the family. When Kara is not at the office,
you can find her spending time with her family, walking her 3 dogs or working out at the gym.
Michelle Parker
Assistant to the Clinic Manager
Michelle joined the Local Physiotherapy team in the summer of 2020. She completed her studies at the
University of Manitoba with a B.A in Psychology.

She is passionate about helping others while seeing them reach their goals.
When Michelle is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cat. She spends many hours doing puzzles, listening to podcasts, and her guilty pleasure, watching reality television. In the summer she unwinds at her family cottage.
Whether it be over the phone or in the clinic, Michelle is ready to greet you with a warm welcome.
